Since receiving his Electrical Engineering Degree from Michigan State University, Patrick Henry has sold power back-up equipment for 35 years, ultimately building his business on experience, comprehensive knowledge, hard work, dedication, and strong ethics. Patrick has extensive experience working in a broad range of industries including space, military, medical, internet hosting, broadcasting, communications, local government emergency operations, and data centers.

Jeff Henry graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Before joining Florida Critical Power, he worked 5 years in the defense industry as an electrical design engineer. Jeff strives to bring business professionalism and technical experience to the critical power industry. He is committed to excellence and a focus on innovative solutions that meet the evolving demands of the sector. Jeff lives with his wife and daughter in the Orlando area. His hobbies include mountain biking, hiking, and all things aviation.
Brandon Sucher

Brandon Sucher has over ten years experience in technical sales and client management. He has spent the last three years as Florida Critical Power’s Central Florida Sales Manager representing Eaton’s Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure division, with key focus on 3-phase and single-phase UPS system applications. Brandon ties together his experience in electrical installation and project management with technical product knowledge and system design & budget support for end-users, engineers, and contractors. With a background in the international field coordination and team sales management, Brandon focuses on delivering critical project solutions and building strong customer relationships across a broad industry spectrum. Brandon resides in the Orlando area with his wife, two daughters and bulldog. Brandon reads and writes fluent Spanish. His hobbies include freediving / scuba / spearfishing, sport shooting and smoking barbecue.
Jorge Delgado

Jorge Delgado has 16 years experience in sales of Eaton UPS products and services, including 4 years as an Eaton Factory Authorized Service Sales Manager. Before entering the UPS industry Jorge worked 17 years for IBM and 5 years for AT&T in their Data Center Design and Facility Management Group, building and managing data centers. Jorge is fluent in Spanish and lives in the Tampa area. He is knowledgeable of the local businesses and engineers, and his hobbies include boating and hunting.

Doug McAllister leads service sales for Florida Critical Power, focusing on providing businesses with reliable Eaton UPS solutions. With over 15 years of experience in Eaton UPS service sales, Doug is dedicated to helping companies maintain smooth operations and avoid downtime. Before his work at Florida Critical Power, Doug spent many years in sales and management roles across the IT and data center industries, including positions at NCR Corporation, AT&T Global Information Solutions, and Cisco Systems. His experience spans a variety of technologies, and he’s committed to finding the right solutions for each client. Doug holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Tampa and keeps up with the latest developments in the power and data sectors.
