Glenn Giordano, Project Engineer

Glenn Giordano is a United States Marine Corps Reserve Vet.  He holds an AS degree in electronics engineering & technology from N. VA Community College, AA focused on Electrical Engineering from Eastern Florida State College, and is a senior at Florida State University completing a BS in Computer Science.  He worked as Sr. Electronics Design Engineer for Alcatel Lucent and is named on 5 U.S. Patents.  Glenn has completed successful designs for digital data & telephony products, as well as battery chargers and standby power battery systems for use in critical applications.  He joined USA Corporation in 2003 to work on the Space Shuttle program.  He was the system engineer for battery and UPS systems at Kennedy Space Center for 11 years in support of critical power systems for many of the final Shuttle missions.  Glenn is married 20+ years and has two teenage boys to keep up with.  He also mentors for First Robotics helping young people get excited about engineering and technology.

Jakin Foster, Central Florida Sales Support

In Memoriam

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Jakin Foster.  Jakin passed away on October 7, 2017.  Jakin was a valued member of our team and he will be missed.

Jakin Foster was born in Miami, FL and moved to Orlando in 1999.  He attended the University of Alabama, Huntsville on a track and cross country scholarship.   After doing a summer internship with Florida Critical Power, Jakin transferred to Seminole State College and will graduate the fall of 2017 with a degree in Business. Jakin was trained to become the authorized technician of the B-Tech battery monitoring systems for Florida Critical Power.  He then joined the Central Florida Sales Support team to support sales of Eaton and B-Tech and service of the B-Tech battery monitoring systems for Florida Critical Power.  Jakin loved running, surfing, and playing volleyball with friends.

2013-10-24 17.31.12Allison Thomas has worked in sales and sales support for over 20 years for manufacturer’s rep companies and in the freight forwarding, boat building, and financial/asset management fields. She earned an associate’s degree at the University of Florida, a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration at the University of Central Florida and attended Florida State University’s study abroad program, traveling and working throughout England and Europe for one year. Allison and her husband, Mark, have identical twins Jean and Jane, age 15; and her parents, sisters and one brother all live in Central Florida. Her father, a retired manufacturer’s rep (similar to FCP), is a native Orlandoan. Allison’s interests include horses, working outdoors, singing sacred choral music and listening to jazz.

Since receiving his Electrical Engineering Degree from Michigan State University, Patrick Henry has sold power back-up equipment for 25 years, ultimately building his business on experience, comprehensive knowledge, hard work, dedication, and strong ethics. Patrick has extensive experience working in a broad range of industries including space, military, medical, internet hosting, broadcasting, communications, local government emergency operations, and data centers. Patrick’s hobbies include swimming, biking, boating, and watching his two teenage sons compete in cross country and track.

Jorge Delgado has twelve years experience in sales of Eaton UPS products and services, including four years as an Eaton Factory Authorized Service Sales Manager. Before entering the UPS industry Jorge worked 17 years for IBM and 5 years for AT&T in the Data Center Design and Facility Management Group, building and managing data centers. Jorge is proficient with AutoCAD and speaks and writes fluent Spanish. Jorge lives in the Tampa area and is knowledgeable of the local businesses and engineers. His hobbies include horses, boating and hunting.
